Enrollment at Apricot Hill
Choosing child care is an important decision, and we want families to have the information and time they need to decide whether Apricot Hill feels like the right fit.
We offer full-time, part-time, and occasional drop-in care, depending on availability. Enrollment is available for infants through preschool, with limited drop-in care for school-age children.
Tuition and Schedule
Apricot Hill is open Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Full-time tuition is $400 per week. Part-time care is $100 per scheduled day. Tuition is due each Friday for the upcoming week and is based on the child’s reserved enrollment schedule rather than attendance.
The Enrollment Process
The first step is to complete the inquiry form on our Contact page. We will follow up to discuss your child’s age, schedule needs, hoped-for start date, and current availability.
Families whose needs may be a good match will be invited to visit Apricot Hill, learn more about the program, ask questions, and talk through their child’s needs and temperament.
Enrollment is confirmed after the required forms and agreement are completed, the initial payment is received, and a start date is approved.
A 30-Day Trial Period
Every new enrollment begins with a 30-day mutual trial period. This gives the child, family, and program time to experience the arrangement and decide whether it feels sustainable and supportive.
During this period, either the family or Apricot Hill may decide that the placement is not the right fit. We will communicate openly, respectfully, and as early as possible if concerns arise.
Important Program Information
Apricot Hill operates as a Missouri license-exempt child care program. License-exempt status is a legal classification and should not be understood as state approval, accreditation, or endorsement.
Families provide lunch Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, children help prepare and share a community meal.
Before enrollment is finalized, families receive the Parent Handbook and Enrollment Agreement so expectations, policies, and responsibilities can be reviewed together.
